When can I use my caravan?
Our season runs from 1st March to 14th November
What are the Annual Costs?
2011 Pitch fees £2,458 These charges include 20% vat, pitch fees, rates, water rates, sewerage and refuse disposal.
Electricity is read and charged at the end of the season and can vary between £20 to £120 (depending on individual consumption).
Gas bottles are est £59.00 per 47kg gas cylinder.
Insurance. We run a block policy with Jardine Lloyd Thompson, compass scheme. An example of a New for Old Policy of £25,000 structure and £1200 contents would cost £275.10 plus 6% insurance premium tax .
How long can my caravan stay on site?
At Dolphin Park we offer an assured tenure of 12 years for new holiday homes and pro rata for previously owned holiday homes.
What security do I have?
We are members of British Holiday and Home Parks Association and offer you their formal written agreement. New caravan holiday homes come with 1 year’s guarantee.
What does our purchase price include?
We sell our caravans at the price recommended by the manufacturer plus a siting and delivery cost of £3,850 which includes transportation, siting and full connection to water, sewerage and electricity, gas safety inspection, fitted steps with handrail, refrigerator, two 47kg gas cylinders with change over valve (one with pre-owned caravans), digital TV aerial and patio.
